❓ What is Tykesville?

Tykesville is an imaginative play town delivered to your doorstep.

Each month, your child becomes a new "resident" of Tykesville — a magical little town where they can explore real-world jobs and big dreams through creative roleplay.

With every box, kids ages 3–7 receive:

🎭 A new role to play (like a chef, astronaut, or doctor)
📦 Props, costume pieces, and tools to bring that role to life
📖 Story cards and missions that spark imagination and guide the adventure
🧠 Skills-based fun that supports creativity, empathy, and problem-solving through screen free play.

The first box also includes the official Tykesville Passport to track their adventures! Your child will receive a location sticker with every box to remember their adventures,

Each box includes:

• A themed role play set (e.g. mini props, accessories, activities)

• Reusable learning materials

• Imagination mission cards

• A collectible passport sticker

• The first box also includes the official Tykesville Passport to track their adventures!

📦 When will I receive my box?

We ship all boxes at the start of each month. If you subscribe mid-month, your first box will ship within 3–5 business days.

🌍 Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK only (and are working on international options soon—stay tuned!).

💳 How does billing work?

You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you subscribed. Cancel or pause anytime through your account dashboard.

🔄 Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes! We offer flexible subscriptions. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime—no hard feelings.

🧒 What age is Tykesville for?

Tykesville is designed for children aged 3 to 8, with activities tailored to support early learning, creativity, independence and problem solving.

💡 Is it educational?

Absolutely. While your child is having fun playing pretend, they’re building real-world skills like communication, empathy, problem-solving, and confidence. It’s learning through play—just how it should be.

🧩 Is the first box always the same?

Yes! Every new subscriber starts with our signature Teacher Box, which includes the official passport and entry into the world of Tykesville. After that, your child will receive a new themed box each month.
